I got up and put on a sweatshirt and some shorts, grabbed my Mp3, put on some shoes, went down the stairs and just before I got out the door I spotted an apple on the counter. I went to the kitchen and got out a plate and a fork and knife. I set them on the table as if I were setting it for a normal breakfast. Artichoke is best cooked, however. When "cooking" artichoke, one would typically boil it until it's soft. That's all I do, anyway, and it tastes awesome in melted butter!!
